  Very noisy on the road side units rooms unable to be blacked out fully so sleeping was a nightmare. Too many security deposits on all sorts of junk like the vacuum cleaner and the tennis balls for god's sake! Then there is the spa nice if you are 100 years old! But boiling at 37 degrees and don' t dare argue with the maintenace police, you will not win that one! Constant flow of people traffic going past the door forget about relaxing. The only gold star is the beach mm mm mm! Cannot shut the bedroom door if one of you wants to sleep because the aircon is in the lounge! Very scant extras for a weeks stay - disappointed.

  Mould build up on ceiling and floor, paint brush and minor repairs wouldn't go astray. Whilst the view of the ocean was a major plus the view of the TV was headache material, has got to be one of the smallest sets made. Arrived looking very disheveled after 5 hour straight drive and treated second rate at reception in comparison to other guests booking in at the time. Welcome note in room was made out to two other people with no restocking from last guests of tea and coffee. Electric pan provided for cooking was very old along with few other appliances these need updating.

  Stayed for 1 week. It's an older place. Very cosy though. Staff are friendly. Opposite golf club. Great views in beach front units. 15 minute walk to Bargara down town shops, restaurants and hotel.

  Comfortable ...friendly... great location ... buildings add ambience to area, have charm and should be preserved.

  Always enjoy our stay at Don Pancho, the rooms are comfy, the staff are lovely and we love how close to the beach it is. Only issue we had is the "free" wi-fi - it is NOT free and it's absolutely awful, kept dropping out and whilst we paid $20 for 1 week/5gb, access was stopped after 3 and a half days!
